Marta Kan

Marta Kan is a Principal and Head Dance Teacher at Marta’s Dance Studio. She manages the Studio and supervises other dance teachers. Marta Kan is a qualified Dance Teacher, specialising in European, Modern Ballroom, Latin American, Disco and Show Group Dancing Teaching for children and youth aged 6-18.

Marta organises, choreographs and conducts internal competitions and shows for parents and general public every 6 months. This allows students to review and evaluate their achievements, as well as to provide their families and friends with a very enjoyable and entertaining show. Marta designs costumes for the performances. She provides private lessons and choreography for couples and individuals on request.

Marta has been teaching dancing to children, teenagers and adults for more then 20 years. Marta’s students have been competing and winning Prizes at all Juvenile Australian Ballroom Dancing Competitions and Championships since 1994 till present. Her students recently competed and won Prizes at the following competitions and championships organised by Dance Sport Australia:

Names and photographs of Marta’s best couples are frequently published in prestigious Australian Dance Review Magazine, which is distributed worldwide.

Marta regularly adjudicates at major Australian and South Pacific Ballroom Dancing competitions and championships.
